Oops - timing !!!!!!!

I attended the official opening of Scott Halls Heijoshin Dojo on Saturday 23 July, 2011, and it was there that I decided to get back to HNIR.
After the embu's I was talking to Peter West sensei, 7th dan Renshi, about my plans for attempting 5th dan Iaido next year. His advice was that as a rule of thumb we should practicing 2 hours for each dan already held - so 8 hours a week 'personal' training Eek !!!!!!!

So, getting HNIR back into Katsujinken Dojo AND upping my training to (somewhere near) the required level is going to mean a lot of reorganisation of my schedules. This is going to be FUN !

Back on the scene

I'm back, after a long 'rest'.
Since the dojo moved to Solihull, we have been operating on www.katsujinken.co.uk and this site has been a little neglected.
I intend to get back into HNIR practice, and reintroduce ken-jutsu to the dojo.

We are based at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, Blossomfield Road, Solihull, and welcome new membership enquiries. Currently we cover Iaido, both ZNKR Seitei and MJER koryu, and ZNKR Seitei Jodo.

For further details, please check on the Katsujinken website.
